Responsible for assessing and rebuilding HR department after 18 years under
the same leadership. Brought on board in October with a specific focus on
retooling the hiring system and developing a wage and salary administration
program. Developed a policy advisory group to address aging corporate
communications. Built a management performance appraisal system to replace
a COLA-based system. Lead Executive retreat and ongoing executive staff
meetings to reboot organizational culture and rebuild internal image in
preparation for a major casino expansion.

Project appointment to work with Title IX Coordinator and develop
University wide awareness and training program regarding changes to
Washington State Child Abuse Law. Completed a vetted video program

. Hired to build internal staff and management skills within a large
Native gaming corporation in Washington. Within 2.5 years team built
an organizationally vital three-tier training and development
department.
. In response to company-wide needs, new T&OD Department assessed,
designed and delivered training for 400 supervisory/management
personnel monthly, compliance/awareness training for all 2000
employees quarterly and drove an individualized executive career
development program for 40-50 leaders in training on an ongoing basis.
. To meet departmental business changes, developed and delivered just in
time hard and soft skills training specifically for restaurant
openings, forklift operators, valet services and Human Resources
programs.
. Addressed a lack of communication and trust by building the needed
relationships between operating areas and the mid-management and
executive levels making it possible to successfully market service and
mission messages to all employees.
. Through company-wide training drove an about face in corporate
culture, resulting in 63% reduction in mid-level disciplinary issues,

boarding plans to bring new property up to speed quickly - which soon

. When second property was stable, and upon departure of HR leadership,

. Returned to this gaming corporation as a Corporate Project Manager and

. In order to ensure consistent and accurate tracking of corporate
revenues on a single P&L, developed and implemented the coordinated
collection of gaming data between 4 properties in 3 states within a
common data structure.
. In order to support 3 new properties and ensure the consistent
administration of HR policies between 4 properties and 3000 employees
provided collaborative authoring of material and subsequent training

. Implemented employee satisfaction surveys at all levels and properties
to assess the need for such corporate action plans as training,
