Manage P&L and divisional sales both nationally and internationally. Lead

manufacturer representatives. Took a declining market share and a
deterioration of sales in mass market channels and grew Nielsen share from
5% to 68% over 7 years nationally.
Accomplishments:
. Redeployed marketing team, budget and focus to devise key competitive
advantages of Acme United branding to new brand of Westcott, including
new promotions, retailer options strategies and brand account
management. Achieved #1 market share position at retail & educational
markets. Corporate scope-Entire North/South American Retail Channels &
DIY/Craft markets.
. Increased divisional sales 13% in 2010 and with gross profits up 5%
through 2010.

. Led Target stores replacement of Fiskars for back-to-school seasonal of
over $21.9M.
. Grew divisional sales from $11M to over $24M in direct import revenue
in Target, Wal-Mart/Sam's and OfficeMax. Replaced Fiskars 100% at
Sam's in stationery department.
. Spearheaded new category product placement of I Point pencil sharpeners
at Target and 15 other chains generating over $31.8M in growth.
