high growth business in US. Client has acquired various

banks across US and is planning to merge the business to

bring both Canada and US to different heights. Sapient

helps to develop web services as per IFX Standards,

implementation and support of Quality systems to provide

services to its customers.

The overall scope of the Project involves testing and

support of Web Services to improve data processing

integrity. This involves Test plan Analysis, Script

updates, Script review with the client, Data creation,

Test execution, Trouble shooting and Defect Tracking.

operations support system (OSS) that helps in developing,

implementation and support of Quality systems for the

pre-ordering and ordering of Wholesale/resale services to

the customers. The OSS includes various system out of

which, LASR (Local Access Service Request) comes under

scope of project. In wholesale business our client offers

its network elements to Local Telephone service providers

at a discount.

The overall scope of the Project involves

automation/Manual testing and support of OSS (operation

support system) for the pre-ordering and ordering to

improve data processing integrity. This involves Test

plan Analysis, Script updates, Script review with the

client, Data creation, Test execution, Trouble shooting

and Defect Tracking.

Our team has been rated as a CMMi level 5 project.

Preparing transition progress Report and sending it to

client weekly.

Designing new cases after analyzing Technical and

Business Requirement of CR (Change Request).

Adding New/Changed test cases to Excel sheet and

uploading these to Quality Center.

Update Access DB tables for the new/changed cases.

Troubleshooting the failed cases, creating

troubleshooting templates for failed cases, sending the

same to client for Resolution.

Opening and tracking defects with developers in QC.

Re-testing failed cases, preparing test Result Reports.

Ensuring timely delivery of Monthly Maintenance Releases

and Tri-annual Releases.
