Personal statement

Let me present my experience in emergency work: I stay in hospital long time

and take part in different emergency clinic casuals. But the most important

result for me to see healthy and happy child.

I am pediatric surgeon in Morozovsky Children's Hospital no1 (Moscow,

Russia), since March 2014 onwards.

My responsibilities are:

Ini tial examination and diagnosis of patients and determine if surgery

was needed or not

To make emergency surgery for injures, t rauma, abscesses in emergency

room

To make emergency surgical t reatment for patients with abdominal and

u rological pathology

Assisting in emergency and urgent operations in neurosurgery and

t raumatology

Skills:

- ability to make surgical operations for the most often met surgical pathology

(abscesses, acute abdomen, appendectomy, reduction of fractures and

f ixation, suturing wounds; surgery of abdominal wall, herniorrhaphy);

- a round 1 year of practice emergency room;

- ability to make myself decisions about emergency surgery;

- extensive practice in assisting during various operations (surgery of

congenital abdomen and oncology; assisting in urological surgery; plastic

i njures of skin and assisting in orthopedic and reconstruction in

t raumatology; assisting in neurosurgery);

- to use new methods and technologies (to use laparoscopy technic, to use

b rain lab system for neuronavigation (programming and constructing the

model of brain) and assisting in neuroendoscopy)

- experience in conducting, diagnosis and preparation before operation of

urological patients

- While I was been resident, i assisted to preparing seminars for students in

my Faculty(demonstrations, making new test, assisting in conducting

seminars)

With pleasure and high energy I get and use new knowledges, take active part

in the team.

I am a young surgeon, I really miss experience, but I try to "live" in the

hospital, to study new medicine literatures and consult with more experienced

colleagues.

P.S.:

My first education before university – medical college for nurse. It has given

me good experience in working with patients and understanding their

p roblems.

By the studding in University I was working as nurse in Hospital for patients

w ith oncology dieseases – 2006-2008. After I was working as assistant in

laboratory (immunology and hematology analysis) 2009-2011.

So, You can be sure – I have a lot of energy to work and I am ready to get new

experience.
