a year and half.

or wrote new programs to users specifications. Results: Constantly satisfied customers/users requests.
Built/implemented beta test system at 2 companies. Results: Prevented uncountable outages and delays as problems were
identified prior to causing interruptions.
Information Systems – Initiated changes to IBM default telecommunications to reduce intercontinental and international
transmission of secured data. Results: With a changeover of GL, the CFO received reports at 8am instead of late in the day,
overseas transmission time was cut by 90%.
Directed successful change of MACRO level CICS from teller LCD screens to full sized LCD screens for CIF implementation.
Results: Bank customers received all information needed at the teller station instead of having to see several different personnel,
saving the customer significant time.
