assisted the 5 EPC's EHSSQ focused assessments on their respective Main Subcontractors with stewardship

RasGas Company (an ExxonMobil/Qatar Petroleum joint venture based in Doha, Qatar).
Responsible for the overall development and coordination of action plans for the implementation of RasGas'
comprehensive and fully integrated Operations Integrity/EHS&Q management system (RasGas Elements
for Excellence - RGEE). Within 2.5 years of initiating RGEE, the program has become certified to ISO
9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) & OSHAS 18001 (Safety & Health) plus ISO 17025 (Laboratory
Quality - Environmental Section) standards. Lead facilitation of ongoing continuous improvement and internal
customer/supplier quality satisfaction, internal quality management and RGEE audit, EHSQ Awareness and
ISO certification retention programs. Programs have resulted in industry "pace setter" safety performance
total recordable injury rate of less than 0.12 per 200,000 work hours exposure basis as well as zero (nil)

Responsible for overall EHS management oversight at the Mobil Equatorial Guinea, Inc. oil/gas drilling &
production operations based in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. Developed and implements EHS standards,
emergency planning, medical & health services, and quality improvement programs at the facilities. Supervise
and conduct EHS programs for Mobil and other contractor staff (over 700) in Equatorial Guinea, West Africa.
Contributed to a total loss prevention program that achieved less than 0.40 lost day injuries per million man-
hours during a period of heavy construction, production and drilling simultaneous operations from floating off-

Responsible for fire, safety, environmental and health analysis of all design modifications and expansions at
this 320,000 BPD throughoput refinery. Conducted fire and safety analysis and coordinated HAZOP for addition
of Isomerization, HF Acid Evacuation System and MTBE Units and baseline HAZOP of HF Alkylation unit.
Performed fire/safety inspections of process facility modifications and expansions to ensure compliance with
company and governmental safety/environmental regulations prior to recommissioning/ start up. Developed
safety standards, emergency/contingency plans, loss prevention internal audit program, process safety
management plan and environmental monitoring guides for the refinery.
Contributed to loss prevention program which had an ongoing safety record of over 24 million man-
hours without a lost time injury. Supervised and coordinated development programs for five Saudi Safety/

Martin Marietta Manned Space Systems - New Orleans, LA - 1986 to 1988
Responsible for managing, conducting and reporting a complete hazard analysis of the Space Shuttle External
Tank Systems. As the primary contractor, worked closely with NASA in establishing new methodology
and techniques for conducting hazard/fail safe analysis, and presented these new techniques to other
NASA contractors. Also developed and implemented new documentation methods and hazard prioritization
techniques. Supervised seven Systems Safety Engineers and one Project Coordinator.

Atlantic Richfield Company, Inc - Kuparak, AK - September 1982 to June 1986
Developed and implemented Safety, Health and Fire Protection programs for the second largest production
oilfield in North America. Established fire, safety & health rules and standards, emergency procedures,
supervisor and employee safety training program, and industrial hygiene monitoring with employee notification.
Safety program achieved industry record of over fourteen consecutive months without any OSHA recordable
injuries. Established design safety and fire protection criteria for facilities engineering and facilities
