Presently I am working with IBM AMS support Team to provide Applications
Support & Maintenance (AS&M) and Enhancement Services for Tivoli Netcool
and BPPM Infrastructure of the NBN services. The Tivoli Netcool and BPPM
solution meets NBN operational and line of business needs for end users
to effectively manage the health of their network and services. The
essential activities of the role include.
1. Support and maintenance of Netcool and BPPM Application Environments
as per the Incident/Problem lifecycle including detection, diagnosis,
status reporting to the client, repair and recovery.
2. Manage all changes to the Applications and the Applications
Environments (Production, Production Support, Test and Development
environments) in accordance with NBN Co change management process
3. Perform Daily Health check and Post deployment check for Application

I delivered several technical deep dive and overview workshops on Netcool

Partners such as CSI, DI Road show and Telco Day and cover topics such as
