for CPAP resupply. I helped facilitate a move towards a non-delivery
approach for Oxygen services and developed new business with Home Sleep
Testing for commercial payers. In addition I have developed consignment
programs to capture more volume and reduce the costs of doing business. As

Southeastern Pennsylvania. The program successfully and consistently

program expectations. In addition, our program facilitated successful
transitions back to work for hundreds of people with disabilities.

. Faced with finding space to deliver services without dollars expended,
I developed a collaborative co-use/location arrangements with over 100
other community-based organizations, utilizing their space at no
charge and delivering additional services to consumers associated with
these organizations.
. Managed a remote staff spread across the state and developed structure
and expectations that exceeded the work plan objectives. Also
developed a data base to monitor intakes and a report method that
documented and measured productivity.
. Developed this empowering Social Security funded Return to Work
Program from the ground up and facilitated top performance for this
regional Ticket to Work program.
