Job Profile and Major Roles & Responsibilities:-

Handling problems on the APT systems (BSC part of GSM) of Ericsson AXE BSC.

CSRs are service requests raised for problems faced by Customer/Managed

services department or Ericsson local support department and also for

problems faced during projects.

CSRs having issue of NWI and CP is also looked into.

Good knowledge in ASA-PLEX Code with ability to create traces (Test

System).

Experience on Ericsson databases PRIMUS, MHWeb, GASK, PIWin, Metis etc.

Creating new solutions on Ericsson Internal database Primus for issues

faced for first time for BSS/BSC/TRC systems on AXE platform. This strategy

helps in providing faster solutions to Customers for similar problems faced

in other market units.

Working knowledge on RBS and multi standard RBS.

Good knowledge in Ericsson BSS SW Errors analyses. For software problem of

a node, analysis of the AXE software of that node and the software

correction with the help of PLEX (Programming Languages for Exchanges) and

ASA (Assembly level language).

Before working in tier-2 support, I have also worked in NSG ELS (Ericsson

local support). ELS is First line support handing CSRs and Emergencies from

Region India .
