private and government departments.

Preparing tenders and issuing amendments as per provided guidelines.

Resolving site queries w.r.t. tender and drawings.

Preparing Running Account Bills (RARs).

Online tendering using Digital Signatures for various government bodies.

Preparing evaluation for prequalification of Contractors.

Preparing comparatives for various incoming tenders.

Record preparation & management for vehicle movement including office vehicles &

hired taxi and processing bills for payment.

Verification of monthly travelling & site expense bills including issuance of monthly

imprest amount to site.

Preparation & processing of monthly bills for in-house and hired consultants.

Official correspondence including letter writing, documentation and coordination.

Managing emails using Microsoft Outlook.

Courier & Speed Post dispatch including record management and verification of

PODs.

Preparing various formats in MS-Office for ease in execution of work.

Pertaining to HR :-

Conducting & scheduling interviews in Delhi office and across various cities in India.

Ticket & hotel booking and making arrangements for conducting outstation

interviews.

Complete documentation including issuing appointment letter to new candidates and

issuing relieving letter to relieved candidates.

Office induction to new candidates.

Managing attendance & leave record.
