reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer. Initiated IT
processes, procedures, standards, project methodology, job
descriptions, staffing, contract negotiations, risk
assessment/mitigation and budgets for a newly formed IT department
(staff of six (6)). Goal was to transition IT services performed by
an outside vendor to in-house staff. While managing multiple vendor
relationships, saved the organization $1+ million within first 90 days
per the CEO utilizing process improvement strategies. Managed
research, request for proposals, purchase, installation, data
conversion, testing, training, and school by school rollout (13) of a
student information system (PowerSchool) and a learning management
system (ANGEL Learning). Developed interface between PowerSchool and

(Pioneer). Developed and managed the project plan, budget, resource

initiative. Installed CGI CACS application for installment loans,
line of credit and credit card. Managed a project team of thirty (30)
individuals including internal (line of business and IT) and external
resources (software vendor and service providers) with a $7 million
budget for a duration of nearly 18 months and five (5) different
managers. Project impacted five (5) legacy systems - Installment
Loans, Collections, Line of Credit, Customer Information System, and
Credit Card. Budgets, time management, and project task plan was

for an Excel award. Assisted in a bank acquisition project for the
line of business (Provident).
. National City Bank - Six Sigma Black Belt for a Dealer
Finance/Indirect Loan contracts consolidation project. Managed the
