Working Experience:

. Working with MI-SWACO in Bahrain country in developments

and exploration projects for Bapco & Oxy from 2010:

. Fields: Awali, Sitra, Hamaria and Hawar Islands.

. Fluids: Gel mud, KCL/KLA-GARD, KCL/Glycol, Kcl polymer mud,

Polysal mud, Ultra-drill (oil base MUD), Coring Fluid and

L.S mud.

. Designing, modifying and improve drilling fluids program in

compliance with hole conditions and proactive with

potential problems while drilling certain formations.

. Have an experience in vertical, horizontal, deep and

shallow wells.

. Provide good borehole stability while drilling sensitive

shale formations such as Nuhr Umr, Aruma, Wara, Hawar and

the very active shale in Ahmadi formation.

. Provide an effective seal for porous or thief zones,

minimize fluid loss to the formation and provide a good

filter cake.

. Have an experience in (Awali, Sitraa and Hawar) fields

- Partial & Complete loss circulation (Conventional and non-

conventional LCM) and FORM-A-SQUEEZE pills and squeezing

procedures.

- Well flow

- H2S

- Stuck pipe.

- Mud contaminations.

- Solids control.

- Bit Balling.

- High torque, Over pull problems of horizontal well as (low

Rop, Can't sliding with some types of lithology, High

torque, How to make Tandem PILL, (low vis and weighted

Hvis).

- More stabilizing required for shale, A lot of times

working without any solids control only shale shakers and

how to keep mud weight, MBT and solids ratio as specific by

dump and dilution.

- How to Minimize ECD by controlling the ratio of Low

Gravity Solids (LGS) build-up in the fluid and by

optimizing flow rates.

- worked with mud system capacity 2500 bbls and worked with

drilling rig ( flexible rig) with mud system capacity 500

bbls at the same time drilling 6000-8000 ft.

. Used to deal with Special Pills such as:

(LCM Pill for Partial & Lost Circulation, Junk squeeze

pill, Stuck Free, Grease Pill, Weighted HVIS Pill, Anti-Bit

balling, Nut plug with diesel pill, Mud detergent pill,

Filter-cake Removal Pill, Caustic Pill and Tandem pill.

. Have an experience in cement job (1 stage and 2 stages).

. Have an Experience in waste management by using small waste

pit and Supervision connecting and testing drill water

wells and sea water lines to mud system in surface hole

with 1000 GPM with complete loss and supervision receiving

mud from Oxy liquefied mud plant and treated it and after

finish the well treated it again before transferring it to

mud plant.

. Have an experience in Check pits slope, capacity, valves,

hopers, shakers, desander, desilter, mud cleaner and

degasser by testing its before accepting the mud system.

. Have an experience in the paper work and mud program and

how to make the mud program which suitable for the

lithology in the field with suitable cost.

. Worked in chemical store for supervision repacking damage

chemicals and make the store area safe area to avoid

damaging for chemicals by bad weather.

. Worked in Deep wells with super rigs, Flexible rige, work

over rig, completion and testing.

. Worked with BHDF (Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids) from

2008:2010 for Vegas co, Qaroun Co and Apachie co:

. Fields: Ras Budran, Gulf of Suez and Abu Shadad.

. Fluids: Spud mud, Kcl polymer Mud, Performx system, Drill

in fluid, Perflow, Salt Saturated Polymer Mud, HPHT

all drilling parameters with (hydrocarbon gases, losses &

from 2001:2002 for Belayiem petroleum co:

. Field: Gulf of Suez (Balayiem).

. Worked well site geologist in (exploration, development,

water injection, vertical and directional wells), off-shore

rigs, monitor hydrocarbon gases, make geological daily

reports and description of samples, interpretation of

Lithology, correlation, detect formation tops, casing

point, coring point and bay zone, making interpretation for

the wire line log.
