For this dining hall location, my responsibilities included ordering and food cost
control as well as overseeing food production prepared by 20 cooks to ensure
recipe consistency and compliance. In addition, I managed inventory, the
recordkeeping of invoices and production results, created menus for special
events, food receiving, and ensured staff met proper food safety standards.
Production Manager. (March 2013 - August 2014)
Handled daily ordering and food cost control. Worked to forecast customer counts,
oversaw receiving, managed inventory, and handled input of all invoicing and daily
production results at a location that did 8 million in sales yearly.
Concessions Manager. (August 2010 - March 2013)
Working with the Concession Management team, my responsibilities include
scheduling and supervising of hourly employees, ensuring all equipment is properly
