Job Profile: Joined as an (E-service officer) under Retail liabilities, all
types of banking services issue which a customer face using their account
by manual and online banking. Will be providing accurate resolution to
resolve the issue and guiding customers to how to use.
. Providing resolutions to customer queries which the customer is facing
by using Online Banking.
. Providing solutions by forwarding snap shots to customers to guide in
easy way.
. Finding the root cause of the reconciliation difference and raising
relevant complaints to the respective team and follow up with backend
regarding the discrepancy.
. Finding the fraudulent transactions and blocking the card accounts and
take the necessary actions.
. Providing controls to make sure fraudsters unable to exploit the
payments system.
. Posting the Balance adjustments from fraud and risk perspective if any
fraud happens.
. Advising or informing the customer about newly launched products like
new debit cards and maintaining service and sales level.
. Communicating with Card Associations and raising the Charge-backs for
fraudulent transactions as an Issuer and re-present the transactions
as an Acquirer.
. Handling BRDs Complaints and quires.
Achievements :
. Received floor Appreciations, and focus medal Copper and Bronze
medal for appreciations and achieving targets. Awards for
maintaining quality and Error free work.
. Performed two roles under Retail liabilities in PB and E.Service
simultaneously.
