. Have been involved in a consulting engagement for a client operating

in premium commercial & professional audio and video segments, wherein

we were required to analyze data gathered at client workshops for ERP

Harmonization. These workshops were conducted at various global

locations to conduct feasibility study for ERP Instance consolidation

. For the engagement, I worked on SAP R/3 fitment assessment for the

Finance module (FICO). A comprehensive business analysis consisting of

risks and benefits pertaining to all the potential options was

conducted. The final deliverable comprised of As-Is scenarios and To-

Be recommendation along with the alternatives to be considered for ERP

Harmonization.

. As a part of the Pre-sales team, I have given several demos and also

worked on presentations pitches for a TCS proprietary testing

automation tool named FastForward.

. I also worked on IFRS initiative, for which I designed a web based

Questionnaire encompassing pre-assessment analysis and a Template of

best-fit solution for the companies participating in the questionnaire

based on the expected response set.

. I have been a part of the Implementation team for SAP Finance Module

for a top Australian service industry client

. Implemented basic settings like FI Enterprise structure, Global

Settings. The details are given below:

Company code, Account groups, Configuring G/L account master

records, Tolerance group, Document types & Number ranges setup.

2) A/P Configuration - House banks and accounts, Vendor master data,

Automatic Payment Program-only testing.

3) A/R Configuration - Reason Codes for (Residual Payments), Employee

tolerance group and Customer master records.

4) Currency Settings, Cash Journal Setup and, Bank reconciliation

statement configuration, Provision for doubtful Debt.

5) Worked on Electronic Bank Statement including Search string

functionality.

6) Have written Validation & Substitution rules as per requirements.

. For the R2 (Second Release) phase of Implementation the major focus

areas was Asset accounting for which I had maintained the following

Elements- Chart of depreciation, Various assets classes, Types,

Depreciation areas, Depreciation keys, Accounts assignment etc.

. I have also got an opportunity to work on few challenging PCRs. For

e.g. a process was required to post non WBS revenues to the SAP

Profitability Analysis module (CO-PA), i.e. for non-standard operation

revenues posted directly to the General ledger.

. I have also worked on Enhancements and Change Requests as per the

functional specifications

. Have also uploaded data from Legacy System to SAP using LSMW in Final

Preparation Phase of the project.

. I have been a part of the Roll-out team for SAP Finance module for a

manufacturing client i.e. GE M&C business.

. I was involved in the Cut-over/Go-live & testing activities for

Interfaces for one cluster, which went live on 4th Feb 2013 & have

been able to effectively contribute towards closing the same to

customer's satisfaction.

. As an Integration lead I had to ensure successful Go-Live for all the

interfaces for our Cluster. I was handling 8 FI Interfaces and 4

generic interfaces pertaining to other modules.

. Have been involved in preparing Go-Live plans & time lines for each of

the Interfaces considering various phases of the project, like

Engagement with the Interface ESGAP team, data collection,

Configuration, TDD/FDD, Cut-over activities etc.

. Have ran E2E Business Scenarios test scripts to get a holistic

understanding of all the manufacturing processes & have also helped in

Interface testing during previous cluster Go-Live to get hands-on

experience.

. Have contributed effectively towards streamlining the process steps

involved in interfaces by creating a Cookbook and Master data
