patients.
ON
I have gained a vast amount of experience with giving presentations in the MSCR program at
Campbell University.
During my time as Assistant Program Manager at Maryland Therapeutic Riding, I was liable for
maintaining communication with all of our riding instructors and barn staff to ensure a smooth
running program.
I led many projects at REI that involved communicating with and directing fellow employees,
and also giving feedback on their work. In my annual reviews, I have been given excellent
feedback on my communication skills.
LEADERSHIP I have always been one to seize an opportunity to take the lead on a project. I like to get things
moving quickly and get others motivated.
I have been actively volunteering for therapeutic horseback riding centers since 2005. These are
volunteer based, non-profit organizations and I often lead projects with our volunteers.
Considering the nature of clinical research, we take on many group projects in the MSCR
program at Campbell University. I find myself taking on the role as group leader in many of
these situations.
I have led many projects at REI and have been given great feedback on my ability to lead and
motivate a team.
