8/10-8/12- ARNP MACH- Fort Benning. Work in Adult Primary Care Clinic seeing my
own caseload using dragon, Alta to complete my soap notes. See patients with

A nurse practitioner in the adult clinic, seeing a case load of 300 patients. My
patients were dependent wives and the retirees. Monitored chronic diseases such as
thyroid disorders, diabetes, gout, hypertension, congestive heart failure.
Performed women’s health, ordered laboratory test and evaluated the results.
Followed up with the patients on their lab results. Ordered appropriate medications
to control chronic diseases. Discussed health promotion and wellness. Attended the

tenens company. I evaluated clients and prescribed appropriate medications, with
follow up laboratory work if needed. Saw patients with psychiatric diseases. I

attended morning rounds and multidiscipline rounds. I performed psychiatric

assessment, medical surgical, and fundamentals of nursing. I did clinical with a

to the students to help them complete pathophysiology. I called the students weekly
