equipment lines featuring cellular manufacturing and KAN-BAN reducing manufacturing costs by
$500K.
7 Introduced first multi-directional P.L.C controlled unit. Recognized as an industry leader generating
over 55% of all unit sales.
8 Converting manufacturing systems from “build to stock” to “build to order.” Established cellular
manufacturing techniques and installed KAN-BAN Inventory Systems. Reduced labor hours on all
equipment by 50%, and reduced “months on hand” inventory from 3.5 to 1.5.
9 Successfully introduced a “super yoke” for off shore oil pipe inspection, currently utilized by BP
Oil.
10 Introduced fully automated system for processing over 1 million automotive pieces per year for
Toyota.
11 Developed and launched first electronic quoting systems, “Magna Quote” which substantially
differentiated Magnaflux within market place.

4 Developed and launched first non-contact multi-directional cross-coil system. This fully automated
system processes over 1 million automotive parts per year.
