Cobalt: HLA TypeStream Analysis Plugin is designed to perform HLA typing

from next generation sequencing (NGS) data. It takes a BAM/fasta file and

analyzes/reads to evaluate HLA genotype. In addition, it also generates

read length and base histograms and interactive coverage charts for each

HLA locus.

uTYPE 7.0 HLA Sequencing Analysis Software:

uTYPE 7.0 HLA Analysis Software is intended to be used as an interpretation

software for the SeCore HLA Sequencing System. The SeCore HLA Sequencing

system is intended for the identification and definition of Class I and II

Human leukocyte Antigens (HLA) for use in HLA typing. The SeCore HLA

Each entry comprises of a section of its own, segregated and demarcated to

the user for clarity of entries. Navigation is provided for the user

through all sections, the interface enables the user to skip sections for

entries in the future. Every section is editable any number of times, until

the user decides to confirm his complete set of details provided, after

which the details are not editable and details are furnished to Screening

Committee-APSCHE for checking & analysis.
