JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• SHE Induction & tool box training to new employee, Contractors and

workers.

• Planning & organizing with concerned dept. to minimize personal

injuries.

• Compliance of statutory & Legal requirements as per Factories Act,

EPA act

• Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.

• Daily SHE observations inspection recorded and suggest the

corrective action.

• Planning & organizing with concerned dept to control Hazards in

Working Environment.

• Training programmed for Workers as Safety& first aid Training & Mock

drill.

• Ensure Mandatory & Government regulatory requirements and its

compliance.

• To find exposer of any Occupational Diseases as per FA & MFR rule

89 & 90.

• To promote safety committee, safety policy & conducts meetings.

• Supervising the regular inspection and testing of all fire fighting,

safety and emergency

Response equipment including fixed and portable extinguishing systems.

• Investigation of near miss, unsafe act and unsafe condition &

dangerous occurrences As per FA-87 & MFR-114 .

• Taking Care of dust control, noise control, Fumes, Gases from Chemicals,

illuminations and lightings.

• Ensure good housekeeping. Implement & Monitoring of 5’s & kaizen.
