and processors in the nut and dairy industries.

• Responsible for managing the daily operations of a 200,000 lbs/hr tomato processing
facility.
• Directed operations and maintenance staff in daily operations and maintenance of high
capacity tomato evaporation/ concentrating production line consisting of evaporators and
auxiliary support equipment.
• Supervised night shift employees in plant maintenance and operations of the facility.
• Managed the maintenance and repair part inventory including re-order/ stocking of parts.

HAZMAT team.
Accomplishments
I was a part of the building of the plant and was able to gain experience from
breaking ground to the finished operation plant. My knowledge of the system
design and capacity allowed me to fully train the operations and maintenance
staff how to operate and maintain the plant at 98% operational efficiency.

• Responsibilities included negotiating purchasing contracts for dairy related
equipment and piping supplies needed for projects out in the field. Responsible for
negotiating terms and conditions for equipment purchases ranging from $25,000 to
$1,000,000.
• Organized and managed the company’s parts inventory worth $10 million.
• Assisted in the field coordination of multiple contractors and company personnel.
• Monitored and enforced all company job site safety polices as well as implementing
standard operating procedures for installation.
