Description: This Project is all about doing a survey for

Capital One's various lines of business and its customer's

experience. Here we select random group of Customers from

various lines of business such as Bank, Card, Home Loans

and Capital One finance stream based on their recent

contact with Capital One and we send a Email Survey to them

in order to get response back for few of the questions

related to their experience of Capital One for their recent

contacts. Similarly survey is also conducted over a phone

on different set of customers by a third Party Vendor

Maritz. Maritz also receives the customer feedback of Email

survey which is than merged with Phone response and data is

sent back to CEMP (Customer Experience Metrics Program)

team which is than stored in database. This information is

then used by the Capital One management to improve their

overall customer experience

Title: KPI Operations

Client: Dredging Environmental and Marine Engineering (DEME)

Description: The COO department in DEME has a number of key

performance indicators (KPIs). Most of these KPIs are

related to the formal part of exploitation reporting. These

KPIs are obtained from the Kick-off meetings held, work

budget, weekly reports, End of work reports etc. Currently

the report is being generated every quarter and the

generation of this report takes about 2 weeks. The report

is generated manually using excel files. They would like to

be able to calculate the KPI for the data within a given

timeframe. An issue they currently face is that they are

only able to calculate averages/percentages over the entire

dataset. In order to be able to report for a given period,

more date information will need to be added i.e. end date.

The new system will need to be flexible and allow adding

new KPIs and project characteristics without too much

effort.
