Internship and my learning’s

1Have done internship in ESAB private limited 4th September to 15th September, 2012.

Got to know about the overview of HR process.

2Have done internship in RADDISON HOTEL from 13th February to 8th March.

Got to know about the recruitment process and employee engagement activities in the

Hotel.

3Have done 1 month internship in POLARIS FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED

from 10th May to 10th June, 2013.

Got better understanding about the performance management process, employee

engagement activities, recruitment process and selection in BPO sector. Done a project on

“A study on the Contribution of Employee Empowerment on maintaining an

motivated workforce”

4Have done 1 month internship in Bavarian Motor Works (BMW, INDIA), from 5th August to

3rd September, 2013.

Got to know about the importance of training and the process of training and

development.

5Have done 1 month internship in Rane Break Lining (RBL) Ambattur. Done a mini

Project on Effectiveness of Training and also learnt about the HR practices that takes

place in the corporate office.
