Provided training for billing staff. Assisted in implementation of new billing software. Served as
liason with software company and received on-site training. Designed and implemented new billing
system in outlying center for private pay clients. Trained off-site staff in billing system. Served as
the assistant to the controller including all aspects of general ledger work and committee duties as
assigned.

Ran front desk including phones, scheduling and patients services. Researched and selected
software. Traveled for training and then implemented new software. Hired and trained office staff..
Experienced in all aspects of the office from the front desk to the billing and the tax returns.

Supervision of medical billing, assist Executive Director in all aspects of clinic functions. Assisted in
grant writing, and performed all accounting functions including payroll, accounts receivable and
accounts payable. Reported to the Executive Director and coordinated clinic issues with Dr. LeBuhn
and Dr. Fleenor.
