Selected Accomplishments:
Clinical Sales Trainer:
Trained and managed new and developing hires for 90 days as well as support
to Regional Managers later on. Responsible for high level training and
lead teams over the course of their development. Set 6 month goals and
conferred with regional managers. Instrumental in formulating sales goals
and advanced development plans for the Regional teams.
Signed Chobani Yogurt in 2013:
Estimated revenue set 5.2 million dollars for the Twin Falls location
alone. The Twin Falls location was slotted to use a competitor, due to
past quality issues with wood pallets. My specialty is to revive ailing
accounts, and utilized my support team to transition them to healthy
business partners.
Education and development:
After only 1.5 years with CHEP, I was asked to join the Sales Academy
panel. This group of chosen individuals helped redesign the entire employee
training system CHEP uses for new hires. I continue to contribute to the
sales development team.

. Regained 6 accounts previously lost to a competitor, totaling over $3

totaling over $40 million of annual revenue for CHEP. Accounts Such as
Daisy Fresh, Chinet, Chobani and Red Gold.
