Analyze blueprints, computer data, and engineering specifications including 3 dimensional and general

engineering instructions.

Set-up, operates and trouble shoot the complete range of machine tools including writing programs/program cnc

to produce complex 3D geometry, lathe, milling machines, drill press, grinders, polishing machines, design and

construction of tools, dies and fixtures required to machine experimental parts.

Measure prototype models and components using precision measuring tools to verify the accuracy of machining

processes and ensure the most complex operations are performed accurately.

Assist Tooling Leadership in processing work flow from internal and external customers as well as suppliers,

includes processing incoming projects, enter projects into the visual management system and purchase, receive

components and maintaining spare components inventory by ordering all internal and external die consumables.
