Recruitment & Manpower Planning

. Responsible for preparing manpower planning and budgeting in line with

quarterly and half yearly business objectives of the company.

. Keeping a track of talent requisition received from various

departments

. Screening profiles through different sources of recruitments employee

referrals and head hunting

. To ensure complete Joining formalities of the new entrant. This

includes proper induction, completion of necessary records etc.

. Preparation of Job Responsibilities(KRA) of all the employees in

consultation with the respective HOD's.

Performance Management:

. Handle related queries / communication & provide inputs and feedback

. Taking feedbacks from department heads about confirmation of employees

. Sessions with Managers to gauge the performance of their team

Training & Development:

. Planning and recommending the training calendar for the year.

. Coordinate & facilitate employee trainings as per training plan
