I&T Engineer, Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) (2011-Current)
• Innovated, designed, built and tested a new type of connector and a loading process for a SW
deployment and installation. Demonstrated proof of new process concept used by ~10 users over
2 years, resulting in ~$1 million savings.
• Created new installation scripts and procedures to eliminate time consuming manual process
resulting in the on-time delivery of three Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services
(CANES) platforms. Configured integrated and tested over 60 classified and unclassified virtual
servers per ship.
• Designed, improved, and tested more than 35 test procedures for FBCB2 HW/SW integrated
performance tests used to install new SW on more than 100 vehicles for the Satellite
Communication systems in Network Integration Event and Risk Reduction Event.
I&T Engineer, Third Generation of Mobile Technology (3G IR&D) (2009-2011)
• Coordinated and prepared daily reports for management team of successful proof of concept
demonstration to senior army officers at Yuma Proving Ground of distributed battlefield
command and control system running over 3G and LTE cellular networks resulting in win of
Combat Training Center simulation network installation.
• Arranged a cross-industry team of Northrop Grumman, Ericsson, Apple, & AT&T to gain
knowledge, install and support a QuicLINK 3G/LTE mobile base station hardware resulting in
integration of QuicLINK with Army Tactical Internet.
• Implemented installation and configuration of a new type of Antenna with conjunction
QuicLINK server.
