Job Profile – Finance & Accounts:

Manage & plan financial activities of the company; meet deadlines & follow up on financial activities.

Lead the day to day operations with regard to management accounting, financial accounting and

treasury functions for the company and to establish the related controls & procedures.

Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Financial reports to the Board Senior Management.

Prepare profit & loss accounts, balance sheet & projected balance sheet for the upcoming years.

Monitor Credit Collection & follow up of amount payables & receivables promptly.

Supervise effective petty cash management, preparation of employee’s monthly payroll; ensure timely

deduction of staff loans & advances.

Supervise and control the Payroll in all respects including provision of staff benefits.

Ensure accuracy of information contained in the financial reports & their compliance with statutory

requirements & general accounting standard.

Responsible for issuance of invoices against purchase orders/ agreements/ contracts.

Dealing with banks for arranging short / long term cost effective funds, credit facilities for pre approval

stage to post approval stage of projects.

•Managing a team of approximately 30 employees of different departments in a busy work environment

while Wahid Group of Industries have approximately 1000 employees

• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.

Manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the organization.

Develop, implement and conduct office staff training meetings as needed.
