rights of female juveniles in conflict with law.

1) Child Labour in India: A Human Rights Perspective
This project highlights the problem of child labour in India and the gross violation of human
rights of the children. Also includes the detailed analysis of various national and international
laws available to protect the rights of the children.
2) Ending violence against women: A human rights perspective
Project highlights problem of violence against women around the world and also discusses the
laws related to elimination of discrimination and violence against women.
3) Constitutional validity of capital punishment in India
This project discusses the constitutional validity of the capital punishment in India with the help
of doctrine of rarest and rare cases.
4) Universal periodic review
Project highlights the United Nations reporting mechanism and universal periodic review which
traces the human rights position in 193 UN countries. Also focus on the problems faced by
universal periodic review in the tracing the human rights position in the UN countries especially
in India.
5) Surrogacy in India
Project analyzes the surrogacy laws in India, human rights of surrogate child & surrogate mother
and the problems faced by them.
6) Rights of women prisoners in India
Project highlights various rights of women prisoners in India and problem faced by them in
prisons. Also discusses various national and international legal frameworks to protect the rights
of the women prisoners.
7) Custodial violence: A violence against human rights
Project highlights the atrocities caused by police to persons in custody and discussed protection
provided to them in custody against torture by police.
