Client: Wells Fargo, Dallas, Texas June 2013 – September 2014

Role: QA Analyst

Wells Fargo credit card services system is designed for customers to apply Credit Card using Web access

through Internet. Customers are provided with different applications depending on the service they select

and these completed applications are then submitted by through GUI. Further these applications are

downloaded to SQL database. The downloaded applications can be viewed using Credit Card Services

System Front for the credit evaluators to View, Process and finalize the applications. This GUI application

has multiple screens for various analyzing purposes. This system was tested using manual and automated

testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Worked with Business users to understand Business and Functional requirements of the project

and figure out the scope of test strategy/planning.

Contributed in Test Plans, developed Test Scenarios and Test Cases using Quality Center and

executed functional Test scripts for these applications.

Performed Functional and Regression testing using QTP.

Created Data driven scripts for adding multiple customers, checking the accounts for different

users.

Involved in Data Driven Test, executed SQL Statements to extract data from Database and

authorized users to enter inventory, run POS transactions, create employee schedule, maintain expenses,

generate daily/monthly and yearly reports.

Responsibilities:

Involved in review of Business Requirement documents ( BRD), Business Use Case Documents

(BUC).

Attended requirement walkthroughs and submitted questions within the Q&A document to get the

clarifications on requirements.

Involved in preparing Test Plans and Test Cases based on Functional Requirements using MS Excel and

Quality Center.

Conducted Test case walkthroughs with the Business Analysis, Development, and Technical Analysis

Role: QA Engineer

Allstate Insurance offers various insurance policies to customers like providing Auto, life, Home and

Business Insurance. Based on the quote and the rules of the State from where the automobile/property is

registered, the premium is calculated after which a quote is finalized and when the customer enters the

credit card information, the purchase is completed. Claims are maintained in Allstate Claim System

(ACS).

Responsibilities

Analyzed the User/Business Requirement and Functional Specification documents.

Analyzed written test cases and performed Manual Testing like Positive Testing and Negative Testing.
