Current Job Profile:

. Leading a team of 20 people (8 Operators SGGI + 4 Tech Services + 3

Utility +2 process support helper + 3 Housekeeping) in a shift.

. Ensuring Safe, smooth & productive operation in Hot End during the shift.

With Safety on top most priority. Ensuring stability in the operation of

Batch plant, Furnace, Float Bath, Annealing Lehr and ESP. Continuous

monitoring of process and quality parameters, troubleshooting and

corrective action wherever required.

. Effective communication and coordination with the Cross functional teams

(Hot end functional teams, Technical Services team, Cold End functional

team) Cold End Shift Team, Quality shift person to resolve problems that

arises in day to day operation.

. Active participation in WCM activities (Suggestions, 5S, 6 sigma
