Work Experience:

Working as Assistant Manager –Agribusiness in Cargo Service Center India Pvt. Ltd. (CSC)Since

September 1 2012. Following functions were carried out for the same position:-

1) CSC operate as service provider in the Gujarat Agro Integrated Packhouse for the services

ripening,sorting grading,packing,storage(ambient,zero,sub zero) and Cool Chain business.

2) Provide expert opinion regarding quality issues related to fruits and vegetables and product

handled at the pack house.

3) Deal with the existing customers and build up new customers for the respective services and

creating the CSC brand on it core competency of ripening and product handling services.

4) APEDA certification for the pack house,fill all the compliance and co ordinate with the Govt.

Body.

5) Carry out the market research for the further expansion of the business.

6) Analysis of the existing business in order to carry out appropriate modification for profit

making decisions and change the business model.

7) Training of the Cargo officer, Ware house Agents and Casual labour for the existing

business.

8) Working on the Standard operating procedure and data Management of the unit.

9) Overall participation in the team for costing and tariff of the services.

10) Work on the product profile and temperature requirement of all the products handled at the

pack house.( Fresh fruits and vegetables and frozen and positive temperature.)

11)Customers handled Ripening of banana:- traditional customers, Relience.

Storage and distribution of Sri ram distribution for U.S. Pizza.

Frozen veg and non veg item of Meadline agency, Sumeru, Fresh chickens.

Storage and local distribution of Dairy products of Hav more, Vadilal and other traditional

players.

12) Preparation of content writing of company for advertisement in news paper and company

site.

Award and Achievements:

Presented a project in 10th National Children’s Science Congress,2002 on the topic.

”Child malnutrition in the families of daily rated workers of Dhanbad ” inaugurated by

Honourable President A.P.J Abdul Kalam.

1st position in inter college debate competition and participated in inter university debate

competition on the topic ”Is nuclear deal with USA is beneficial or detrimental”
