Manage two critical datacenters for the client the State of Tennessee. These are 7 x 24 hr operations. I was the first LINC FS manager on site for 30 days with no interruptions to the operations. These are very critical datacenters. This start up had to have a smooth transition. It was very successful. Setup interviews and assisted in the hiring of all LINC onsite personnel.
