Designed marketing programs to maximize branding to develop our Franchise program. We began

with one location with a network of 18 stores by end of year 1.

Created new advertising campaigns for new client acquisition while maintaining focus on lowering

costs and minimizing liabilities.

End of year 1 helped organize IPO successfully securing the $250,000 bridge funding.

Worked directly with our VP of marketing to create leads to support our sales teams. I created

direct mail campaigns, referral programs and staffing trade shows to provide enough qualified

leads to generate clients for our 60 man sales team to sell long term camping and golf

memberships.

Thousand Trails Inc. 1985-1988

VP of Sales/Marketing

Recruited and trained reps to staff a 40 man sales team. Created referral reward programs, direct

mail campaigns, trade show teams to produce leads to ensure our team had 3 qualified prospects

per day. Helped grow our membership gross sales to over 6 million dollars annually for one

resort location.
