Strategy Development and Execution
. Provided C level clients in building contract services industry with
recommendations for efficient spend management, impacting operating
profit by at least 1% for domestic and international clients.
. Advised CEO of a leading chemical management services (CMS) firm to
expand and dominate its market rather than expand into the maintenance,
repair and operations (MRO) market for manufacturing plants. The firm
now dominates the CMS market globally.
. Led a cross-functional team advising senior executives of a flavor
manufacturer of the value of the brand, the value proposition and market
messaging which was successfully delivered in 120 days.
Channel Development and Management
. Sized $100 million market, evaluated existing channel, determined new
channel requirements, created and rolled out channel training and
certifications for new partners and presented to executive Motorola
management for new technology roll-out.
. Led a cross-functional team to create and implement channel policy for
$600 million North American commercial chemical business with 90% of
business flowing through a two step channel; policy was approved by
executive board and rolled out to all partners.
. Through integrated e-communications, rewards and annual top performers
trip, steadily grew average sales and number of partner loyalty program
participants to 2,500 (over 60% of the market).

Business Development
. Executed M&A market analysis for a private equity firm considering
investment in a niche window manufacturer; created and analyzed market
model; validated the 10% hurdle rate could be met leading to investment
in the window manufacturer.
. Conducted primary and secondary research, sized and segmented the market,
determined market influencers and buy scenarios, analyzed channel flows
and presented top level go-to-market recommendations to executive
