g roup, and family therapy.

• Utilize specialized experience in working with child and adolescent sex

offenders,victims of sexual and physical abuse, youth with attachment issues,

PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD

• Utilize art and music therapy a nd other experiential therapy components to

e nhance treatment

• Supervise therapists, case managers, and o versee clinical documentation

• Approve admissions to the RTC and c oordinate discharge planning.

• Work in close collaboration with program director to hire and ensure training of

staff

• Work in close collaboration with executive director to hire and train therapists,

contract workers,and interns for the clinical department.

• Work closely with The UT Charter School teachers to ensure residents are

receiving the support, safe supervision, and guidance they need within the

classroom setting
