Privately held global manufacturer of audio/video and IT mounting solutions for the professional and consumer markets. Staff and

facilities in EU and US with manufacturing in five locations in China. Lead multicultural and geographically diverse staff of 24 people

including industrial design, engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales and marketing.

Global Executive Vice President and General Manager

- Secured new OEM/ODM business with leading national retailers and brands in EU/Russia, SE Asia, and Canada increasing sales

Built team of thirty-four and operations in less than four months, conducting sales in fifty-two countries, with over 92 customers.

Complete start-up operation, developed process, systems and reporting. Departed after core Sears/KMT business deterioration and

cancelling of externalization efforts by new CEO.

Vice President-Global Sales Operations and Licensing

Domestic-Executed Sears’ first external wholesale operation with Ace Hardware, Menard’s, Summit Racing, Advanced Auto

Parts, Tractor Supply and Costco.

Industrial B2B. Launched B2B industrial tool business with WW Grainger, AIT and 50 other MRO distributors. Exceeded

year’s revenue target of $15mm within six months.

International-Increased sales, distribution and penetration in multiple Asian, European, Russian markets through business

improvement activities including implementation of revised logistics, product sourcing, finance policies, and license

arrangements. Accounts included, Bunnings, Leroy Merlin, Bauhaus, Sylvan, Screwfix, and Sodimac.

Navigon Incorporated, Chicago, Illinois September, 2008 to July, 2011

Private equity owned $68 million dollar Americas division of a global navigation hardware and software company focused on consumer,

OEM, enterprise, mobile and tier 1 automotive markets. Full control and accountability for the sales, marketing, product management,

R&D, operations, legal and financing activities of the entire division. Scale and scope of control includes seven direct reports and a total

team of fifty-two. Successful exit with sale to strategic acquirer, Garmin Ltd.

Private equity firm General Atlantic recruited to restructure and turnaround company’s operations.

Delivered division’s first quarterly positive EBITDA within six months, followed by consistent improvements in 2009 and 2010.

U.S. operating division of $52 billion of global consumer electronics, computer products, home appliance, and mobile phone

manufacturer. Lead, managed, and coached a team of thirteen sales executives and managers along with the indirect management of

supply chain and channel marketing support personnel along with third party store trainers and ten independent distributors. Accounts

included Sears, Costco, Circuit City, Amazon, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, all Office Superstores and Radio Shack.
