HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
Managerial Accounting
E Oversight of the accounting department for AR/AP, payroll,
collections, treasury and establishing relationships with banks,
insurance companies, attorneys and outside financial advisors.
E Implemented a computerized manufacturing costing, purchasing and
perpetual inventory system which tracks manufacturing results.
E Prepared all internal financial statements and worked with outside
auditor.
E Reconfigured/upgraded existing accounting software (MAS90) and
costing software (BDO Seidman/Synergistics "JobOps") to make it less
complex resulting in substantially improved accuracy and timely delivery
of interim financial statements and costing reports.
E Coordinated year-end efforts of outside CPA's which included
reduction of outside CPA adjusting entries from 45 inherited from
predecessor in the first year to almost no adjustments in subsequent
years.
E Planned and performed FAS52 currency translations for annual combined
financial statements of U.S. and foreign plants.

E Managed three departments with 23 people in the Arizona Plant and
managed two departments with 24 people in the Mexican plant.
E Improved communication throughout the companies by implementing teams
and feedback systems
