Effect of Intercative Tools On Consumer Engagement With Online Shopping
Engaging customers is probably one of the major challenges faced by companies in today’s highly competitive
market. A high level of customer engagement not only helps in improving the loyalty of customers towards a
particular brand but also drives them to interact more and do repetitive business with the company. One of the
greatest initiatives taken by businesses to engage their customers is the use of interactive marketing tools.
These interactive tools are being extensively used in the online retailing domain like Amazon where these tool
aids the retailers to communicate with their empowered customers and caters to their specific needs in a
personalised manner. This research is focused on understanding the consumer engagement while interacting
with these interactive tools on Amazon and also to assess the effect of these interactive tools on the
engagement level.

Active member of the Marketing and Communication Team at The University Of Strathclyde Student Union
Participated in HULT Global Case Challenge 2013 at London regionals. This international competition dealt with
creating a social enterprise which could eradicate the food crisis issue from the world. HULT Prize is the best
platform for all the young entrepreneurs and innovators to show their potential. This project has been a great
exposure and a life changing experience. It has enhanced my creative thinking and my ability to solve problems.
This project also gave new challenges while working as a team but the individual efforts put by everyone for this
social cause gave a complete new meaning to team building.
Participated in a global level event the ‘Global Excellence Experience Challenge’ to present a business report in
