As the Recruiting Coordinator I am responsible for supporting and driving

the HR initiatives in alignment with the Business vision and goals to

support organizational objectives and growth needs. This includes providing

HR guidance in alignment with the recruiting business strategies, daily

operational needs, working closely with the leaders and managers and

employees across IBM and IBM client groups to ensure people related needs

are addressed.

Duties:

Esther King Biomedical Research Program focusing on the effectiveness of

reducing environmental tobacco.

of different backgrounds.

. Conducted statistical analysis and developed customized syntax for

research data.

. Developed executive briefs and manuscripts of the program findings to

senior research staff for the purpose of local regional and national

publishing.

solution protocol for pilot participants.

. Audited and assessed the recommended solution theory of RETEP to
