Recruited in the company after a two-months internship, to help the responsible of the department

in developing and reorganizing the service. Established new procedures and system which allowed

us to be more effective in managing the budget of : cars, insurances, printers, computers, phones for

the 8 national offices of the company in France.

Key contributions:

• Created an electronic data base and organized the informations by sector that helped the

operating of the department.

• Developed partnership with new suppliers that allowed cost reductions and a better service

• Supervised the work and organization of the receptionists

• Helped in creating a gym in the company. Finding the right product providers and

followed each step of the implementation.
