2014-Present BOOSTUP
Vice President Played a key role as a member of the Leadership team in the launch of
Marketing BoostUp, an online savings platform that enables users to save for a new
home or car through an unrivalled combination of tools and partners such as
Hyundai and Quicken Loans.
• Responsibilities included brand development, product positioning, business
development, pricing, user interface/experience design (UI/UX), and affinity
marketing programs.
• Developed and implemented a dynamic marketing communications plan to
drive awareness and acquisition of new users, and promote platform
utilization. This included the creation and implementation of the following
programs: relationship marketing (CRM), digital retargeting, search engine
marketing (SEM), social media and e-mail.
2001-2013 DAVID&GOLIATH
Account Director Played a major role in the development, management and retention of Kia
Motors, the agency’s largest account. This included multiple product launches,
the creation and development of the Tier II marketing program, highly targeted
retail efforts and marketing partnerships. During this time Kia had grown from a
3 vehicle line-up to 12 vehicles and experienced 12 consecutive years of sales
increases, making Kia the fastest growing car brand in the United States since
2008.
• Played a major role in the creation and subsequent management of the
Retail-marketing program: 38+ Dealer Marketing Groups with over $100
million in annual media spending.
• Responsible for the strategy, creative development and execution of all
National Retail product campaigns and annual sales events.
• Responsible for the Retail Headquarters group, the Field organization and
select members of the National group.
• Member of the team responsible for successfully retaining the Kia business
during the agency review in 2004.

Worked with MediaOne in two capacities, initially as the Regional Brand
National Advertising
Manager Manager in Los Angeles and later as the National Advertising Manager in
Denver. In both positions I played a major role in the development and
management of all marketing related activities pertaining to the company’s
core business, television services. During this time MediaOne experienced
unprecedented growth that subsidized ambitious infrastructure improvements
and new product offerings.

retention objectives.

consumer acquisition, upgrade and retention programs that directly

great strides in narrowing the gap between themselves and Lexus.
TEAM ONE ADVERTISING
1990-1994
Assistant Account Started with Team One Advertising in the mailroom and worked my way up in
Executive Account Management on the agency’s largest account, Lexus. This included
extensive involvement in the ongoing launch of the brand along with
subsequent model line introductions. During this time Lexus exceeded all of its
marketing and sales objectives, and was widely regarded as one of the most
successful automotive launches.
