Since July, 2011 with company Kirloskar Brothers Limited, Pune, Maharashtra
Joined as Diploma Engineer Trainee and rose to current position of Executive, CSS in
July, 2012
1 year Experience as DET in Centrifugal Pumps. Like Split casing pump, Stage casing
pumps, End suction pumps, Double stage casing pumps and Turbine pumps
I had done pumps assembly of these pump product
In foundry section I had follow up the melting process, machining of assemble parts of
pumps LIKE Casing, Bearing housing, and different types of impellers like closed
impeller, semi open impeller etc.
Scope
1) Service for Sectors: Power, Industry, Water Resource Management, B&C, Oil, Gas &
Defense, Irrigation.
2) Area: Entire Jharkhand & Eastern Part of West Bengal.
Present CTC: - 2.17 Lakhs.
Role
• Deal directly with customers & channel partners.
• Handle & resolve customer complaints as per service policy.
• Escalate unresolved issues to superior source for resolution.
• Communicate & coordinate with internal departments eg. Sectors, Corporate function &
Plants.
Responsibilities
• Attend service calls & resolve complaints of Industrial Pumps as per process & follow the
MTTR specified.
• Monitor & support ASD for business improvement.
• Attend supervision of Installation & commissioning of pumps supplied by sectors along
with ASD.
• Submit MIS & tour plan as specified.
• Submit MIS on dealer performance.
• Collect data to enlist pump population in SAP Database & implement it into CRM.
• Provide onsite training to dealers’ Engineers & technicians.
• Generate spares enquiries through service visits.
Major Attainments
• Received appreciation for critical Dismantling and Commissioning of Dewatering pumps
(10UPH8) at Dhanbad in October, 2012.
• Successfully completed the Overhauling to commissioning job of Auxiliary Oil Pumps at
DVC BHEL Project in Koderma in December, 2012.
• Appreciated for the Overhauling cum servicing work in BPCL (Fire Fighting Pumps),
Muzaffarpur, Bihar in April, 2013.
• Successfully maintained commissioning & after sales service of E-Warranty registered
pumps by dealer network in North India & West Bengal.
