Currently engaged with M/s Saluja Manufacturing Co. ( SEL Group ) T.T.D-

-1 Raho Plant as a Production Manager since June 2014 . SEL is the leading

manufacturer and exporter of Terry Towels equipped with latest machinery

and resources to attain daily production capacity of 34 M T .

Major Responsibilities /Accomplishments

Production order planning, scheduling, executing and monitoring from

fabric to despatch.

Line Balancing to achieve optimum productivity as per product SAM.

Engaged with M/s VARDHMAN NISSHINBO GARMENTS Co. Ltd LUDHIANA

as Production Manager from April 2010 to june.2014. V.N.G.L . ---

ludhiana is joint venture between Nisshinbo Japan & Vardhman for producing

premier dress formal Shirts in the domestic as well as international

market..The U.S.P of the Plant is S.S.P fabric shirts-Non-Iron,Wrinkle

free shirts. Plant is equipped With state of the art machinery for shirt

making like Juki, Brother, Kobe, Veit kannigiser, Mackpi, Naomoto,

Nagai Shing, PMM etc. and have annual capacity of producing 1.8 million

shirts i:e 6000 shirts /day. Apart from Exports all the premium Indian

buyers like Raymonds, Turtle, Arrow, Color Plus, BlackBerrys, Monte Carlo

are being catered by V.N.G.L.

Order scheduling, execution & monitoring through out different stages of

Garment production i:e from cut to finished goods.

Efficient utilization of Man power, machinery & other resources to attain

Optimum productivity with set production targets.

Conducting Pre production meetings and assessing the problems which may

come during production, finding their reliable solutions and Making &

conveying that checklist before starting production.

Timely decision making regarding production & finishing related issues to

avoid hourly production losses.

Framing& Imparting basic skill training to new operators for different

Asstt. Manager Production from 2004 --- 2010 . HALLMARK group is a

well diversified manufacturing house engaged in catering the market

needs with their designer ethenic wears, formal suits, casuals

suits, shirts, trousers etc. with the infrastructure resources of

approx. 300 machines and 500 workforce.

Engaged with M/s K.N.A. International Ltd.-- Ludhiana (Duke Group ) from

2002 - 2004. as Sr. Production Executive. Duke started its inner & thermal

garments from this unit with the name NEVA.

Started my professional career with M/s Maral overseas Ltd.- II Jammu (

L.N.J. Bhilwara group) from 2000 - 2002 as Production executive. MOL

was 100% EOU in knitted garments with major buyers in U.S.A & Europe.
