Prior to this position I managed multiple properties for ELS in Florida, basic duties the same the communities all were 55 plus parks. I left that position due to need to be closer to family as my roots are in Buffalo.
I initially started in the hotel business, as General Manager for Kemmons Wilson, the founder of Holiday Inns. I was a turn around G.M. That took hotels that were failing and brought them back to compliance and profitability. Hired new G.M. and staff then moved on to another hotel. Worked for Mr. Wilson for 6 years.
Prior to these management positions, I was a Human Resources director for Orchard Park Health Care, and oversaw all aspects of the personnel department and one of the key members of the management team.
