Duties: Extensive knowledge in customer sales, inventory, remodeling trades, practices and procedures,
techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable
building codes. I am responsible for maintenance, repair operations involving one or more large and complex
projects. Inspects current operations, methods, techniques and materials to insure conformance with plans
and specifications, process with accordance approved schedules, and that acceptable construction practices
are utilized. I coordinate with manager in scheduling of particular projects. I also participate in development
of construction projects and scope of work from user requirements. Interprets and clarifies construction plans
and specifications exercising considerable independent judgment in distinguishing between compliance and
non-compliance or workmanship, assisting and finishing of typical projects. I have experience in painting and
masking off unpainted surfaces and wood crafting. Mathematical and analytical skills necessary to interpret
job cost reports. I have the ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to walk on rough, uneven, rocky

am currently a automotive care center service writer/greeter, so I am currently working in the automotive
department. I have been for a year. I pull cars/trucks of all types in and out of the bays and put on lifts. I use
the bay terminals to distinguish what needs to be done to the vehicle. I use a impact to take the lug nuts off
the rim. I let the air out of the tire and breakdown the bead around the rim. i out on tire machine and take tire
off of rim. I then add new tire to rim and put on balance machine and add weights as called for. I then place
the tire back on the vehicle. I then torque the vehicle to right capacity. I then notate what I did to the vehicle on
the terminal and pull the vehicle out of the bay, figure 8 it and torque again, park and turn in customer keys. I
also assist with oil changes, maintaining cleanliess in shop take all work orders for vehicles coming in. I also
handle oil waste within OSHA standards.I perform battery services as well such as taking off and putting on
new one's and always wear proper PPE as needed. I use all kinds of tools such as impacts, screwdrivers,
wrenches, ratchets, ratchet extensions and sockets and air tools.

Duties: Painter body work, welding, sanding, custom work such as types of electrical systems. I have
knowledge of accepted surface preparation, coating methods and techniques. Ability to remove old paint, rust
dirt and scale from surfaces so newly applied coating materials will adhere to surface. Knowledge of absorption
qualities of such surfaces that is free from skips, runs, and drips. I have knowledge of absorption qualities
of such surfaces as cement, metal plaster, wood and glass. Also I hold skills in sanding, wire brushing, and
scraping and bondo application. I can read and follow written instructions that relate to mixture use, application
of various coating materials, solvents and pre-coating agents. Skilled in the use of tolls and equipment, i.e.
brushes, rollers, spray guns, trowels, screens, viscosity testers and graining devices. Determined acceptable
work methods and techniques to be used efficiently complete work assignments, including painting a variety of
