jurisdiction were over 12 soccer fields for youth and adult competitive
teams.
. All irrigation maintenance for the said facilities including but not
limited to irrigation line installation and repair, as well as upgrading
existing systems to more modern and energy efficient complex.
. Grass maintenance and repair as well as sod cutting and laying, also over
seeding and fertilization operations were maintained on schedule.
. Continually maintained all baseball, soccer, and softball fields to their
respective league standards in measurements as well as field and grass
quality, and also moisture content.
. Maintained active relationships with the personnel of the colleges, high
schools, and various leagues that used the City of Springdale facilities
to coordinate game time and maintenance schedules, as well as continuing
education on preserving the playability of the fields and ensuring a
working relationship for all parties.
. Used or supervised the use of many pieces of machinery to accomplish
daily and yearly goals. This includes but not limited to track hoe,
dozer, front end loader, rock rack, hydro pro, power pressurized paint
system, tractor, ATV, chalk liner, sod cutter, edger, and many more.
. Organized and put together the teams that would put on the various
baseball, softball, soccer, and little league tournaments that were
sponsored by the city, and responsible for making sure said events
proceeded without delay or incident, even though most situations
involving setbacks would occur at night or during weekends when the
ability to adapt, modify and overcome were often tested.
. Maintained under direct supervision up to 8 individuals, responsible for
their daily assignments and the completion of goals and projects within
the given timeframes.

account each members strengths as well as weaknesses so as not to
