For the past 15 years I have talked to Patients about their t reatment plans scheduled a
variety of appointments which could encompass several fillings or a complete dental
makeover. Also, how financially this can happen. This is a very gratifying element of my
job, because it changes people’s lives forever. I am very comfortable scheduling and
t alking to patients on the phone or in person. If you are happy with yourself and feel

I also verified all insurance plans for patients and pre-t reated for their treatment and
t hen worked out a plan to continue. I verified all insurance claims if any issues erupted.
B ut making sure of their insurance will make their surgery or any t reatment a lit tle less
stressful especially conveying this in a caring manor.
I also handle all billing monthly, collections and place accounts with a collection agency.
I t ry to talk with people and be on their side and at the same time make sure they
u nderstand at a certain point there are no other options. This approach seems to work
well, since you are on their side, as well as the dentist because ultimately this is your job.

Also I work on minimal computer issues in the office and give advice one any issues
other employees are having problems with.
We are a very fast paced office which I do like (we see approximately anywhere from 35-
50 patients daily, I feel all patients are created equal and must be t reated in a very
p leasant and professional way.
