Job Profile

• To Maintain up to Date & Correct Records of Assets as Per Invoices

• Maintain Inward and Outward Registers

• To check Assets received in stores as per Invoices and communicate with Purchase team for the

same

• Make Entry of New Materials in Master File With Proper Details.

• Creation of Asset codes in Asset management system for better records.

• Co ordinate with Engineer for New System installation

• Allotment of New Assets as per details received from Purchase team.

• Maintain Asset management system (AMS)

• Inform Users to surrender their Old Assets after getting replacement

• Co ordinate with leasing vendors to surrender Lease assets before Expiry dates.

• Follow Up with Leasing Vendors and purchase team.

• Need to scrap old Materials

• Scrap old Materials as instructed by store incharge.

• Take care of all activities in the absence of Store–Incharge

• Periodically physical verification of Assets

• Web Designing : Adobe Dream weaver, HTML, CSS, Java scripting
